Description: Habanero Steak Spice Blend
Uses: Seasoning Meat, Meat Dishes, Marinating Meat

1oz. 28 grams package habanero steak blend mix (or season to taste)
Ingredients: Habanero, Salt, Garlic, Black Pepper, Coriander Seed, Mustard Seed, Dill Seed, Red Pepper.

Dips: 1oz. 28 grams package steak spice blend mix (or season to taste) with 3 cup sour cream and 1 cup mayonnaise or 4 cups plain yogurt for dips. Blend for 1 minutes them put in container and refrigerate over night. No preservatives or additives. Dry mix will make approx. 4 cups of dip.

Heat index : 5 on a scale of 1-10.

Yields about 4 cups

Queso Dip: 1oz. 28 grams steak spice blend mixed (or season to taste) with 3lbs. melted American Cheese. Add milk to thin.
